  • No, all our cases are custom ordered.

• What is the minimum order size?
  • 50 units

• What is the lead time?
  • Depends on the project size and scope.

• With what materials are the cases manufactured?
  • We offer 3 categories of cases based on the core material used in the manufacturing process: Wood, ABS Plastic, and Sewn/Foam.

• What types of logos are available to be used on your cases?
  • We offer silk screened, embroideries, and metal nameplates.

• What materials are available for case interiors and exteriors?
  • We offer a broad range of materials and colors. Case Interiors: Velvet, microfiber, plush and various densities of foams. Case exteriors: Leather, Vinyl, Cordura, and Polyester.

• Can I design my own case?
  • Yes. Please contact our customer service dept. at 866-669-8932, or send RFQ and we will review your needs, and offer possible solutions.

• Are the materials used on your cases recyclable?
  • Certain materials used are recyclable: Wood used to build the cases; Also packaging materials like corrugated cardboard and foam inserts.

• What packaging materials do you use?
  • Corrugated cardboard boxes. Plastic bags and oxo-biodegradable foam inserts.

• What warranties do you offer?
  • We offer a 12 month warranty against any defect in materials and workmanship.

• Do we drop ship?
  • Yes, we do.
